Puerto Palace is situated in a quiet residential zone some 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the town. The extraordinary climate of the Canary Islands is due primarily to the Orotava Valley, being the cradle of the trade winds that makes the climate an enviable one throughout the year. Puerto de la Cruz has two faces which it offers to holiday makers: one being that of a fishing village, and the other one, the cosmopolitian side of the town.
